4 slices smoked salmon
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbs capers, chopped
1 Tbs chives, chopped
flaky sea salt, for serving
cracked black pepper, for serving
Directions
- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese onto each bread slice.
- Top each with avocado, salmon, onions, capers and chives.
